Hotel Eger & Park Lobby, Eger

Ultra-thin stone veneer tiles afford us much more scope to experiment with design; the reception area at Hotel Eger & Park is the perfect case in point for this. A 50 m2 surface area of the 4-star hotel has been covered with Terra Red structure LiteStone stone veneer tiles. Due to its wafer-thin design, the stone cladding designed for blade walls was also found suitable for the door and the reception desk, thus creating a wonderful harmony.

Due to the matte acrylic finish of the special Slate Design range, the natural slate surface reveals the hue of marsala that was named Colour of the Year for 2015. The project may be regarded the product of absolute loyalty to locality, as Gábor Vácz, responsible for its blueprints, master tiler Sándor Koczka and his team, and ourselves, Slate Design Kft., all maintain strong ties with Eger.
