Avalon Park, Miskolctapolca

Avalon Park, opened in spring 2016 in Miskolctapolca, is a unique entertainment and adventure park in Europe. These classic log houses, very popular nowadays, are a good example of how rural style can be infused with modern touches to achieve an edgier look. Here, Slate Design stone veneer tiles were applied in the wooden houses on various furniture fronts and counters, and, in the central hotel building, mostly Black LiteStone ultra-thin slate panels were laminated on chipboard. But Black stone veneer tiles, specially protected by acrylic varnish, encompass the reception desk of the conference room and the central reception desk as well as the counter in certain restrooms. The impressive appearance of the furniture is also due to the edging being made of the stone veneer’s own material. The synergy of natural materials exudes the serenity that Avalon Park guests expect during their stay.
